of services, we collect, but not disclose, information

Information"). Financial Information that is collected

to receive Member communications, you may cancel your
email subscription(s) at any time simply sending any
email to remove@NYCWeddingDirectory.com
with the word, "unsubscribe" in the Subject
line. Your contact information is also used
to contact you when necessary.

provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones

you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit
such unrelated uses. In the future, we may offer you

services, or similar distribution opportunities.

will never willfully sell or rent for consideration
any personally identifiable information about you to
any third party without first receiving your permission.
Entries in the Forum or Database are available for public
viewing at all times.
We may disclose the information in aggragate form, without
any personally identifying information. If you choose
to give information about your wedding to advertisers
on this site, we cannot be held responsible for their
(the advertisers) use of your personally identifying
information, including financial, medical and other
Federally-protected information.

cannot ensure that all of your personally identifiable
information will never be disclosed in ways not described
in this Privacy Policy. For example, we may be required
to disclose personally identifiable information to the
government or by court order under certain circumstances,
or other situations may arise requiring such disclosure.
This site contains links to other sites. NYCWeddingDirectory
is not responsible for the privacy practices or the
content of such Web sites.
